The service

Hostspica Bills is a free web application, operated by Hostspica, for creating GST invoices and quotations, recording payments and managing clients and products.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• Organization admins are responsible for the users they add and the access they give.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Your responsibility for tax and legal compliance

Hostspica Bills helps you prepare documents, but you are responsible for the correctness of every invoice and quotation, including GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, place of supply and filing of returns. The tool does not generate e-invoice IRN or e-way bills and does not file returns. Nothing in the service is tax, legal or accounting advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading documents.
• Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, disrupt the service or bypass its limits and security.
• Do not upload malicious files.

Your content

You own the data and documents you create. You allow us to store and process them only to operate the service for you.

Availability and changes

The service is provided free and “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features and will try to give notice of significant changes. Please export your data regularly.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hostspica is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from errors in documents you create, penalties or tax consequences. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is zero for the free service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
